Here is where I go all Usher on yo' ass - these are my confessions, yo.

Okay. Here's the dirt - I am addicted to the new Kalan Porter song, 'In spite of it all' and for some reason (only God knows why) I find him devilishly attractive in that video.


Oh Kalan, honey! *swoon*

Alrighty... for starters, he looks like a woman. Okay, 'woman' is a bit of a stretch... he looks like a freaking fourteen-year-old catholic schoolgirl! And yet, at the sound of that sweet pop-rock baseline and that sexy violin my eyes glue themselves to my TV screen in fixed enchantment... *sigh*

Actually, I think I'm going to go ahead and blame it all on the violin. Somewhere in between Interview With the Vampire and Queen of the Damned I got it into my head that anything with a violin = seduction.

...Which I now realize may not be all that accurate. But so help me, that gothic raggedy-anne look - hot DAMN!

Also. Lastnight I went to see The Diary of Anne Frank becasue that kick-ass Mallory girl was in it, and ended up on the verge of tears because of having to listen to Spunki's stiffled sobbing during Mr. Frank's final rip-your-heart-out monologue. Can you believe it? Me, teary eyed in public! Gah!!

And there were tarot readings and pasta eatings at my humble abode, then the 20 question game at Mikey's house. One of my questions was 'what is a song that reminds you of yourself?' I said "Stop Crying Your Heart Out" by Oasis. Because, YAY! After a year it seems I have finally heeded that advice! :-)
